Re: Preferred oil filter?
Not sure on the p/n but I love the Purolator Pure One. When I finish my Stroker, that is what I will use. My machinist says WIX has always been very good as well. I use the same filter (pure one) on my Yamaha FJR, my Honda 03 Accord Coupe and my 06 F150. Read quite a bit about it while researching for the bike. It is highly recommended for it's filter ability...my .02.

Re: Preferred oil filter?
Thats what i use, but the last time i was in to get one, the parts store (Schucks aka Kragen, Checker, Murrays etc) said that M1 is no longer making this filter anymore. They sold me their last 2 they had in stock for the price of 1.gradon wrote:Mobil 1 301.

Re: Preferred oil filter?
I use Napa golds on everything (as said before made by wix) except the Cummins 'cause I get the factory filter cheap from Mopar. Haven't ever looked into the longer one but I will now. Rule of thumb...use good quality filters and good oil and change it often:)
