Ok the engine is assembled. I just have the massage the oil pan a little. The only problem that I ran into (if you want to call it a problem) was the deck, the Bulltears come out of the .005 which was unexpected but not really a problem. I'll just .038 quench instead of .043. I hope to do the swap next weekend.

.038 is perfect. The little more compression will be offset by the better quench.

No problem Russ! I hope to build another once I get this in and all the bugs worked out. I have another crank that needs turned and will have another complete 4.0 once I pull mine. I may do a little experimenting with the next one with a longer stroke. We'll see.
