Runs a lot better now with the new injectors . Next question I have is I put a accel coil in should my plugs be gapped bigger than stock seems like I am getting a knock under load that wasn't there before coil ?

That seems weird to get 'knock' with just a coil change. I would retry the stock coil and see if the knock goes away.
If I gap bigger than stock it seems to run worse and stumble.

Knock or ping?

I to would put the stock back in and see if it is still there. Then try the accel again and possibly reset the PCM.
