I have a '96 block and head 4.7 litre stroker I am going to install a '99 intake in an '87 Jeep Comanche. I need to know what header will fit. I would like a 2.5" collector and stainless steel.
Help please, exhaustive research with no difinitive results.

You can always build your own if you have some fabrication skills. Do a google search on Headers by Ed. He has a lot of design information that is good to know. I have built headers for a couple of different vehicles and have been more than satisfied by following his recommendations.

The Gale Banks Revolver will work. Its a redesigned 4.0 header with a 2 1/2 collector and will work with any 4.0 intake including the 2000+ manifolds

I picked up an aFe performance header and it fits perfect! I tried to reply to this thread since then and it kept giving me errors. Thanks for the replies guys.
