707 rods

Post by buschguy »

I saw some rods for sale on sleezebay. These were listed for an AMC V8. They are casting number 707. Will they still fit a 258 crankshaft?

No, they are too narrow at the big end.

Try paw inc. They have resized, and balanced rods with ARP rod bolts for $90.00. Don't know about quality, but Rod bolts will cost around $45.00 and resizing cost around 10-15 dollars each.
