Valve body gaskets
Hi, I am installing a reprogramming kit to an AW4 transmission and I am wondering if I can install the valve body without the valve body gaskets. I’ve heard of people doing this, does anyone have an opinion on this?

Why would you want to? I know the Fords have issues with the valve body warping and causing leakage and shifting issues. I'd use the gasket.
