Ok, i created a "General" tech category with 2 forums. Its not all crazy huge causing alot of clutter, and it solves the problem of not having a general tech section.
This was due to the "suggestions" thread.
What do you guys think?

Not sure what you want feedback on. If it's the "GENERAL TECH" section on the homepage, it's got over a 100 posts on it, so people like it enough to use it. So I would say "thumbs up".
