Here’s where I’m floating around. I read and research a lot. At times I think I get to much info and start double guessing.
Ideal on head. 0331 TUPY
Knock off some of the casting imperfections but leave walls texture to a point “no porting” intake
No port but polish Ex.
Polish CC
Port match but not gasket match. Most likely nothing will need to be done.
Would like to take and put LS valves in.
1.91 stock to a 1.94
1.50 stock to a 1.60
OR keep it at the 1.50
This valve set up seems to be ok with the shrouding?
I can not find no info on stock 0331 4.0l valve sizes.
Read LS1 valves same length. No work has to be done? Maybe bore valve guide in head?
Going to different size valve will require cutting new valve seat
Anyone have part number on valve, retainers, keepers?
Read to use these keepers Mopar P4529218
Looking at these valves. If wrong; please point me in right direction.
Manley 10576-8 set 8 1.94
Manley 10577-8 set 8 1.50
Manley 10549-8 set 8 1.60
Any part numbers
Things I need to change
Info or tech on my thought process.
Please advise TIA

Re: 0331 TUPY valve help
The 0331 responds well to a full exhaust port if properly done.
I use and recommend Manley's 11360 2.000, 11361 1.550
