So I'm almost at the moment to start assembling my 4.7 stroker. Only I didn't realize there was the whole springs issue with this comp cams 68-231-4 cam. I have already ordered the 926-12 springs from comp cams that they recommend, before realizing there's this whole ordeal with them.
I was wondering anyone has made them work before. Or if it comes down to it, if anyone has some Mopar performance springs laying around they don't mind parting with so I don't have to go through the hassle of having the head machined to accommodate the comp springs.
Appreciate it guys.
68-231-4 springs question.

Re: 68-231-4 springs question.
Since no response for that, does anyone know of an alternative to the Mopar springs that aren't going to cost me 300 dollars for everything?
