Using the form CR Calculator these are the numbers I came up with any thoughts?
Cubic In. 279.9
SCR 9.64 : 1
DCR 8.13 : 1
Quench 0.0725
I think Quench may be diff. because Calculator didn't take milled head into equation.
Thanks

Re: Number for review
Milling your head doesn't affect quench. Milling your block does, calculator accounts for that though.
I'm not clever enough to have a clever signature. I'll just steal yours.

Re: Number for review
Thats a lot of quench for 8.13 DCR. I'd like to see a tighter quench then that

Re: Number for review
I think you will want your quench much closer to .045 if you want a DCR of over 8.0:1. With the DCR that high, you are going to need the quench tighter because you will need the help it provides to avoid the pre-ignition ping. I am at 8.0:1 with a quench of about .045 and it runs at 500 above sea level on 87 octane. Good Luck!
