93 4.0 stroker build need help

I'm building a 93 4.0 for a 95 YJ the block need at least a .020 bore it's at the machine shop now. I'm trying to keep the compression at about 9:1 and I'm planning on putting a mild cam in it . From the research I've done I know I'm going to need to change my fuel pressure regulator and injectors. My question is will I need to replace my fuel pump, what type of tuning issues will I run into and will it need to be balanced?

The pump is fine you just need the pressure regulated.
