Best Recipe for 87 Octane Daily Driver Long Rod Stroker

After numerous searching and reading to the point I'm starting to second guess myself, I'm needing some direction on where to go with my stroker build. The engine will be going in an '85 CJ8 Scrambler that will serve as a fair weather part time daily driver. Being a daily driver I am wanting this to run reliably on 87 octane without any pinging (I do not have access to any higher octane fuel at our local small town gas station). Here is what I have gathered so far:

-1996 4.0 complete engine. I plan to run the 91-95 OBD1 style injectors, throttle body (bored to 62mm), and two fuel line system (supply and return). Then use the '96 4.0 block, rods, head, push rods, and possibly the intake.

-I have both the 4 and 12 counterweight 4.2 crankshafts, both have the longer nose so will need to machine them or add the spacer.

Head and intake will get some additional porting work done to it along with a 3 angle valve job, I plan to use the stock valves and valve springs.

What off the shelf pistons would best suit my build needs to run the longer 4.0 rods and 87 octane fuel? What is the ideal compression ratio and dishing of these pistons?

Which cam will take advantage of the increase in displacement but not provide additional stress and wear on the valve train due? I plan to just run the stock stamped steel rocker arms and stock 4.0 push rods unless anyone has seen significant power gains from the roller rockers.

Would the 4 or 12 cwt crankshaft be better in a daily driven Jeep?

I will have the head checked to make sure it is flat, will take the bare minimum off if need be. Also, would I need to machine the block for a zero deck height for use with the 0.043 head gasket for an ideal quench? Or would the block be okay without any machine work?

You could consider this recipe, and for a daily driver it doesn't matter which crankshaft you use (4cwt or 12cwt).

4.6L Low-buck, low CR "rockcrawler"

Jeep 4.2L 3.895" stroke crank
Jeep 4.0L 6.125" rods
Custom forged +0.030" bore pistons, compression height 1.380", dish volume 32cc
8.8:1 CR
CompCams 68-115-4 192/200 degree camshaft
Ported HO 1.91"/1.50" cylinder head
Mopar/Victor 0.043" head gasket
0.043" quench height
Ford 24lb/hr injectors for '87-'95 engines
240hp @ 4700rpm, 315lbft @ 3000rpm

Bulltear could supply the pistons and with those measurements, you wouldn't need to deck the block.
With that cam you could reuse your stock valve springs/retainers/keepers, stock pushrods, and stock rockers thus saving you money.
