New to Strokers, ECU Question

Alright guys, I have a 88 XJ Renix and I built a 4.6 stroker for it. I used my 88 block, HO head, 99+ intake mani, 93+ throttle body, bigger injectors, blah blah blah.
What do I have to change ECU wise? Not to familiar with this programming/tuning crap. I already order a Hesco adapter for my TPS. Swapped all the adapters off my old intake onto new one, same with block. Motor's still on a engine stand, jeep is stripped down.
Any other adapters I will need? Anything I should know? The bolt for the sensor on the back of the head isn't on the new HO head, what do i do about that? Will the ECU know what to do with all this different shit?
Like I said, I'm not to familiar with this crap, and this is my first jeep. I'm doing a COMPLETE rebuild on this damn thing though

Nothing. Just keep your existing Renix ECU and get a set of Ford 24lb/hr injectors to feed your stroker.

You're referring to the hole in the back of the head for the coolant temp. gauge sending unit so I guess your head must be from a '96-'99 4.0 (0630 casting). You could drill & tap an extra hole in the thermostat housing and place the sending unit there, though you'll need to extend the wiring so that it'll reach.
