49 psi regulator

Post by the grey ghost »

I know I read somewhere that there might be a direct drop in replacement for the 91-95 fuel pressure regulator that flows 49psi but I can't find it now, anybody ever do more digging on that?

Yeah but this one is 20$ plus shipping. Besides why do you want it adjustable?most of us run trim pots or tuners, a nice high fuel pressure and ev6 injectors, then trim it back with the tuner

Found some fuel pressure regulators that should interchange with the stock one and increase pressure.

Standard Motor Products Part #'s

PR210 39 psi (stock)
PR211 50 psi
PR209 55 psi
PR321 58 psi

I'm currently running the 50 psi one from an Interepid in our team's turbo XJ. The others should work but I matched them up in a catalog and can't confirm they fit.

PR211

CHRYSLER CONCORDE (1993 - 1997)
CHRYSLER DYNASTY (1991 - 1993)
CHRYSLER IMPERIAL (1990 - 1993)
CHRYSLER INTREPID (1993 - 1997)
CHRYSLER LHS (1994 - 1997)
CHRYSLER NEW YORKER (1990 - 1996)
CHRYSLER TOWN & COUNTRY (1990 - 1995)
DODGE CARAVAN (1990 - 1995)
DODGE DYNASTY (1990 - 1993)

For the rest you can plug them in on rockauto fit find the applications. Hope this helps.

That was actually a stock regulator that I modified by cutting the backside off and jb welding a brass cap on, it worked but I blew the diaphram as it was a prototype made from a junkyard regulator
