sharing hesco emission numbers

I got my ZJ back from R&L Automotive/B&J Parts and had to do AirCare emissions testing yesterday - with only ~100 miles on the new engine. I have the Hesco 0.060 over 4.7l kit. The observation from the machine shop was I paid too much for the parts, which had been glass beaded or had the numbers ground off to make it harder to go straight to Diamond, etc for cheaper. Complaining about $ aside I'm very happy having a stroked Jeep. I added their most mild RVOB6 cam and a JBA header (doesn't directly fit in ZJ without fiddling!) since the old exhaust manifold had cracks.

Despite a larger engine and hotter cam the emissions were so good the computer ended the test early! The guy got out of my vehicle and made the comment I must really maintain it.

If anybody likes numbers they're online for stroked http://www.aircare.ca/testdetails.php?t ... 274961&gb2 and my old stock http://www.aircare.ca/testdetails.php?t ... 245361&gb2 run. There is a difference in the length of the runs and the ppm scale varies since the new engine makes more NOx. The only thing I can really tell that is different is the NOx is way higher with any blip of the throttle now. O2, CO, CO2, and Hydrocarbons are basically the same, so I'm not sure why I got off early, but I'm not complaining.
