New Stroker wont idle when warm

I got my new stroker built and installed. I hit the key and does she ever run like a dream. I shut it off to check for leaks and what not. Looked pretty decent. Cranked it up to take it up to temp. Everything was going well and all of a sudden it would not idle and stalled. After fiddling with it for a minute and pumping the gas, I got it running again. It just does not want to run when it is warm. The RPM's also will fluctuate up and down while I am holding the throttle in the same position. Any ideas? Here is what I am working with.

2000 XJ - 4.7L stroker (I used a 94 block and head, basically everything else is new, all clearances were perfect)
Federal Spec emissions (both 02 sensors are installed and hooked up, one of them is new, the other is not)
Ford Mustang 24lb injectors
New Iridium plugs

Did you perform the cam break in properly? Exactly what injectors are you running? Check your fuel pressure at all conditions. Did you check for spark? If it doesn't want to idle it could be a faulty IAC.

Iridium plugs are not good for our Jeeps .. try just a generic Copper plug NGK is a brand to go with.

Additionally, to piggyback off what SilverXJ said; from what you described it doesnt sound like you broke in the Cam which could mean that you wiped out some cam lobes and that could be causing your issue.

I have not been able to run it long enough to break in my cam. The break in instructions say to run it at approx 1500 rpm for 30 mins or so with a high zinc additive. I have added the comp cams cam break in additive. It only runs for like 5-10 mins before it fights to stay running. I don't think that the cam has any damage because it runs great right off the bat.

Did not know about the iridium plug, I will try that. I pulled apart the throttle body, the IAC, etc... cleaned all that tonight, still no change. I will pull a part number off my injectors tomorrow.

It Idles great now. I went through my Camshaft break in procedure just trying to hold it at 2000 rpm as best as I could. About ten minutes in, it calmed right down and began to run great. Now it idles perfectly. I guess it just needed more time for the computer to adjust itself and figure everything out. Thanks for all the help. I am off to get some new spark plugs for it now.
