need some info on ordering gaskets.

I'm wanting to do all new gaskets on my 4.0/4.2 motor but I don't know how well the gaskets transfer over.

I know I need a 4.2 head gasket since i'm using a 4.2 block with a 4.0 head but what other gaskets are different or do they mostly transfer over?

I would assume it would be as simple as getting everything for a 4.2 bottom end and a 4.0 top end. I think RENIX\4.2 will line up.. but anything 91+ i believe will require year specific gaskets.

I ordered the full set for the 4.2 for now and whatever doesn't work i'll order separate. thanks for the help though.

I'll be sure to post up any info for people in my same situation
