I'm going to replace my stock clutch fan with a second stock electric fan. I'm also going to have the PCM reprogrammed to change the on and off points of the stock e-fan. I will use a relay coming off the stock e-fan to turn on the secondary e-fan so they will come on at the same time. I will be using a 195* t-stat.
I am having trouble finding a consistent number for the on and off temps. On temps range from 194-215 and off ranges from 175-209. I would like the temp to stay slightly under 210*. Any suggestions?
Second e-fan turn on/off temp?

Re: Second e-fan turn on/off temp?
you think the combined cfm of 2 stock efans would be sufficient ?
ive seen the cheap resistor mod on the cts to trigger the fan 10F sooner...

Several people run them without issue. Resistor mod wouldn't work as it would change the gauge reading.
