Does any one know what the "rwhp" is for the factory jeep cherokee 4.0 high output. I know the manual say 190hp but that has to be the rating at the crank right? 8-)

That is the crank rating. Figure 15-18% less at the wheels for ax15s and ~25% for the aw4s. Different size tires and gears will affect power output as well.
