Mopar roller cam not for sale

I emailed Mopar Perfomance to see if the roller cam and lifters they are using in thier 4.7 "full roller engine" can be purchased. They said the roller cam and lifters are not for sale.

I tried that a few months ago. Same thing. Not for sale. I wonder what happens if you need a replacement? Do you need a Mopar stroker to get it? Or are you SOL. I'd bet SOL.
