The Go-Manche experiment...need advice

I am building a hot rod comanche to daily drive and im in the final stages of my build. I have a few questions that hopefully you stroker gurus could help me out with. i am no stranger to custom builds as i run a Jeep and SUV upgrade shop, but this is my first stroker. I lucked up and got a good deal on a 5k mile used 4.7 on the cheap.
I started with a 88 MJ SB with a TBI 2.5 and a 4 speed manual. i stripped all that junk out and transplanted all the wiring from a 94 XJ and converted to an AW4 auto. I am making F1 paddle shifters for it curtesy of AW4shifting.com.
I am ready to drop in the new engine and I am having trouble choosing the the right final parts. Please help me spend the money in the right place first.
as far as the motor here is what i have so far:
94 block decked .010 and bored .060
Speed Pro H825CP pistons 15cc dish
94 head casting #7120 new valves, 3 angle valve job, new springs unknown brand
comp cams 68-231-4 206/214 degree cam
2000 intake
short rods im assuming, i have not yet pulled the pan yet to verify rods and crank
my questions are about the injectors sizing and the T/B size as well as the header and P/S pump bracketry.
I have been lurking here for some time and have not found my exact answers yet. which injector should i be running and where is the cheapest/best place to get them. I was leaning towards the 24lb from 5.0motorsport or junkyard jewels that i pull.
I am not sure if a 62mm T/B is big enough, i chatted with Benny at Hesco and that is what he recomenned but surely there is a cheaper alternative.
next i am reading that a adfteermaret header will still have to be modified? is there a specific header that works the best. i am leaning towards the Borla but its soooo axpensive. Then i read about the split design working better????
last question is a about the mods needed for the P/S pump bracketry to work with the 2000 intake. i have looked for pictures here and did not find any, Hesco recomended io source a 99= WJ facotry brackets and pump/resivoir assembly. Is there any other vehicles this would work from like a 2000 XJ? or is there a write up ab out the custom mods dome to reuse the 94 assembly?
Any light you guys can shed on my build would be greatly appreciated.
thx, Greg
