hello cheromaniac
The important thing is going strong but not break it now!
I should also mount a supercharger

Re: stroker italy
Well, if you are going to put a supercharger on it, buy the engine and Supercharger from Hesco and they will dyno it for you and set up the computer or Unichip so it runs correctly. That will probably cost you around $10,000.00 US or 6,685 Euros

Re: stroker italy
Hesco would definitely be the best way to go if you want a powerful engine that'll outlast your Jeep but I suspect it'll cost a lot more than $10k. More like $13k ($8k for engine, $4k for supercharger, $1k for Unichip and tune) or 9000 Euro, not to mention the cost of shipping everything to Italia.

There was someone on here that used the 505 kit. I can't remember who it was. He also had a video on www.youtube.com The video showed him pulling the left front tire while accelerating. I was impressed.

There is going to be a bit of a language barrier here, but I'm sure we all can work through it. There are some really smart guys on this board that can help with forced induction. I'm not sure I qualify as one of themheavy duty wrote:I made two calculations with 3000 euros should do the engine

Hesco also has a forum you can ask questions. The owners and employees of Hesco always help out with questions.

Re: stroker italy
So you probably meant boost, not dust
But I see you are going to make a hardcore machine, that's really cool! What kind of supercharger do you have? Avenger? Rotrex?

say that we try to make a very powerful machine!
Rotrex supercharger! at 1 bar! (14.5 PSI)
But I can not find anyone to help me!
with a detailed list of parts that I have to take!

Re: stroker italy
People here will help, but it is your project. If you want it done for you, hire a company like Hesco. If you want to do it your self, then you have to do some reasearch. Start with Turbo Tom's thread http://www.jeepstrokers.com/forum/viewt ... ?f=7&t=354 450HP turbo stroker.
Look at some of the Supercharger kits available. You will probably have to engineer brackets and a belt setup. The comercial kits only add maybe 80HP.
If you are looking for a start, go to the FAQ section and look at the Recipies. http://www.jeep4.0performance.4mg.com/stroker.html
Everybody here is hapy to answer specific questions, but will generally shy away from questions like "Can yougive me a complete list of parts to build my stroker?"

Re: stroker italy
Plechtan, he already has a supercharger setup, so that's not a problem.
Heavy Duty, since you have rotrex, you have more high-rev boost than a low-end one, which may be quite usefull in a stroker (crank setup gives you low-end, supercharger aids with high-end), but AFAIK nobody yet made this kind of setup. We had an Avenger supercharged one, but this is a screw type supercharger.
The main question is whether rotrex will be able to supply the stroker with enough air. Keep in mind, that you will need at least this 15% more air, that's not so easy. But I believe it will do somehow.
Now about the exact setup, it's up to you, you have to define what you want to achieve first.

Re: stroker italy
thanks Plechtan new
link, the compressor is exactly as I have,
how do you put photos on the site?
is what we thought (crank setup gives you the low-end, supercharger AIDS with high-end)
The Rotrex supercharger is the largest size
A friend of mine has put 2 on a ram viper and go from god!
hopefully it will be enough air for the stroker!
but in this configuration you okay?
4.6L Low-buck, low CR "rockcrawler"
3895 Jeep 4.2L "stroke crank
5875 Jeep 4.2L "rods
Silvola EMU-2229 +0030 "bore pistons
Increase piston dish volume to 30cc
8.75:1 CR
CompCams 68-115-4 192/200 degree camshaft
Ported HO 1.91 "/ 1.50" cylinder head
Mill block deck 0.035 "
Mopar / Victor 0.043 "head gasket
0.058 "quench height
Ford 24lb/hr injectors with stock 39psi FPR for '87-'95 engines, stock injectors with stock 49psi FPR for '96 and later engines
240hp @ 4700rpm, 315lbft @ 3000rpm
But bringing the bore pistons + 0040 to do a 4.7 , 28/30 lb injectors and pressure regulator pump dedicated
