New Table BBCode(s)

These new bbcode's allow you to create tables within your post by using table, row and cell BBCodes.

Here is an example of what it can look like:

Model	Manufacturer	Rating
1	1.com	4
2	Crane	6
3	2.com	2
4	Comp	1
