Use the HO intake and HO Throttle body and spend some coin on this piece. (I've heard so much good about hesco's customer service, that it's worth the price to me)
I have a 94 long block w/99 intake I'm putting in a 90 XJ I will be buying This part.

Now your can use the Renix TPS with the ho throttle body.
Don't forget the coolant temperature sender moved from the rear of the head to the thermostat housing, you'll need to lengthen the wire and change the connector.
The Oxygen sensors are different between HO and Renix (Zirconia and Titania respectively)
The Crankshaft Position Sensors are different as well (Reluctor and Hall effect respectively)
It's very doable to bolt the engine in and hook up all the Renix sensors, Just make sure you don't try to run it with the wrong part.

Not sure of your rules...but you need to start with an engine that works best for the rules and cheat from there!
