I'm Heck on the Rubicon Owner's Forum also. DoctorD (who wrote the post on oil) is generally considered the smartest man on ROF. If he says frogs are falling from the sky, I reach for an umbrella. It's an excellent post, and well worth the time.
Of course, you may feel like a fool for some of the money you've spent on expensive snake oil in the past.
