stock 4.0 running the comp cam 68 -235- 4

hey I want to know if any one has ran this cam on a stock 4.0.can you give me any ideas if it's a good choice or just avoid it on a stock motor.

The stock valve spring will not the net lift on the 235 cam.

I could offer a few suggestions partially based on the year of your Jeep engine.
