What vehicles can I source the engine wiring harness from?
Does it matter between auto or manual transmission. I have a manual.
What about the fuse box?

Changing the head should not require changing the wiring harness. The ECM should be able to adjust itself.
If you must get a new harness DeadJeep sells them used and painless performance sells new.
