Looking for DRB3 or the like

I need to set my injector sync timing to make sure it's ready for tuning whenever Ryan can get around to me. The local dealer is being pretty douchey and while I'm still looking for another, I'm thinking about just buying what I need to do it myself. I know the DRB3's go for a butt load of cash but maybe I can find one cheap? I heard mention of other devices being able to do it like a Snap On MT2500. Anything else work? Any recommendations?

Anybody near northern VA just want to share?

Where in Northern VA? I have a MT2500 that should be able to do it. It worked on my 2000 XJ and 1997 ZJ.

I found the dealership in Culpeper was friendly and did it for me for $20. I'm in Warrenton though. Where are you?

Heyo!! Still up in Winchester? I need this done (again ) and was actually looking to buy one. Can you tell me what cartridge you have? I know I need the 13a key, but nobody says what cartridge they have. I see general communications ones, troubleshooting ones, and others.
