JTEC custom input/output modifications

Hello all. I'm wondering if there is anyone that knows if I can have my jtec controllers input/outputs modified. I have a 2002 dodge dakota that I've swapped a Cummins 6bt into. I would like to keep the jtec to run the instrument cluster, & alternator charging. As far as I can tell, it looks for a signal from the SKIS module, and cam/crank signal before it energizes the ASD relay. So if anyone knows somewhere I could send it for mods, Id be greatfull. Thanks.
