Re: What is the weak point of my Build
The fear of nitrous in this thread is baffling, as is the suggestion of a dry kit in a speed density application. SMH.
The head is the weak link on almost all stroker builds.

Re: What is the weak point of my Build
The head is weak in 4.0L builds, but in reality they are more than adequate in a Jeep that doesn't rev over 4800 rpm and lasts 2-300k+ miles.
Racers, Street queens and Mall crawlers might want more rpm power range.

Re: What is the weak point of my Build
The 4.0L HO head (especially from '91-'99) isn't bad at all and flows surprisingly well when ported. However that ported head needs a higher-flowing intake manifold and a bigger cam to extract that performance potential.

Instead of shakin your head why not explain why you think the dry kit is no good in a speed density application? Share your knowledge with us Ryan.FlyinRyan wrote:The fear of nitrous in this thread is baffling, as is the suggestion of a dry kit in a speed density application. SMH.

Just so you know, the dry kit was specifically designed to be used in cars utilizing speed density applications.
