And the scoring couldn't be from anything else of course? Like dirt?If you run fuel through the SC you can strip the coating from the rotors and lose some of the efficiency and it might get a bit loud, if that gas gets into the housing bearing they can seized up and ruin the SC.

I have a 1998 jeep grand cherokee 4.6l stroker with eaton m90 supercharger with 8 psi boost. 3.73 gears, 31"tires.
Question is does anyone have similar setup using a 42RE transmission? What torque converter are you using? Stall speed?

I installed the diesel transgo kit and adjusted pressures. The trans shifts great and holds without flaring. The oem torque converter isn't holding up to the added torque. Its time to get a different converter.
