Lifter bleed down question

None of my lifters have bled down. Why do lifters hold pressure and not bleed down ?

Because the valving in them is working properly.
You can get more power out of ANY engine!!!

They will bleed down, but only enough to create preload.

Well apparently all my lifters are good. Cam looks fine wtf

Im thinking ive got spark knock and should try 93 octane. No noises on deceleration. Ive had 87 in the tank.

Detonation would not happen in neutral.
