At WOT, my AFR is about ~13s, or stays at ~14.7. At WOT it'll stay near 14.7 for a few sec's then bounce in the high 13's. And maybe return to 14's. At WOT it does not hold a rich reading (~11.8 to 12 is what I'm after), it seems to bounce around instead of holding. (At idle and normal driving the AFR holds 14.6 to 14.8)
Except when cold (Before engine reaches temp ~195), It runs Awesome. At Idle 14.7, at WOT 12.3. Truck pulls real hard, spins going into 2nd, and chirps going to 3rd. But only when cold. At temp, it only spins in 1st, chrips 2nd and 3rd. Does not pull as hard. (33"s with a locker so both tires spin)
I have a MAP adjuster, and have tried many different voltages 5v up to 6v. Does not seem to make a difference once engine is at temp.
I have recently read some other posts about what each sensor should read. I'll test those shortly. (Any sticky on what each sensor should read, so I don't have to find all the individual posts again?)
Are there any other common tuning tools?
Thanks

Engine 1991 Stroked ~4.6ci. Big Valves in ported head, larger TB, 2001 intake, 27# injectors,,,,
Vacuum ~14.6 at idle (4000# sea level)
Fuel pressure 39PSI (vacuum disconnected) The pressure is low, not sure why. I put a new regulator that supposed to raise pressure to ~49. But I still only have ~39 at the rail. I have a hi-flow external pump, I'm going to splice that in shortly.

Re: WOT lean
I think I figured it out. The engine "normal" temp was 210 to 215. I swapped out the 195 thermostat for a 180, and adjusted the the electric fans. Now Normal Temp is ~190 to 200. AFR at WOT seems to goto and hold ~12.8.
