Carb problem. What am I missing here

played with the timing a little. Balls out off the line and through mid range. Perfect , awesome , think I crapped my pants. The problem is I can't set idle any lower. My idle is like 1200. The only thing is it don't ile low. Any ideas? Choke sticking maybe ? It doesn't seem to be opening like it should be. I've got a motor craft 2100 if anybody knows what that is here. Thanks

How much vacuum are you pulling at idle?

Idle is like 1300 so it won't be accurate. I'll throw a vac on it tomorrow and post where I'm at.
