Is anyone removing inner spring for cam break in?

Like the title says. How many have been removing the inner spring for initial cam break in then adding them back afterwards?

If your spring pressures are correct there should be no reason to remove the inner. I would want the cam/lifter interface to be indicative of loading right from the start.

Never seen a dual spring set up n any AMC?
Maybe an aftermarket roller setup on a V8 with HUGE! valves meant for HIGH! RPM's.

I seen a clearwater big valve cylinder head with dual comp springs the seat load for the springs was 102lbs at 1.7 install height but they were installed at 1.6 and with the spring rate it turned out they were 138.5lbs seat load!! I think they were either 1.437 or 1.440 outside diameter.
