Your fuel pressure is a bit high, but still in spec, 49psi +/- 5psi.
Check the TPS.
If you are using the stock injectors for the 98 pcm you are using you need to use the stock fuel pressure (49psi +/- 5psi.), not 39 psi.
Are you using the stock 98 injectors? What is their history? Have they sat for any length of time? Junk yard finds?

Returned the Bosch O2 Sensor and ordered a NGK OEM Sensor. Solved the problem. Been running great. Slight ping at load went away and not running rich.
