You'd have a motor that displaces 4587cc (4.6L) and no, you won't lose power nor lose reliability. The only disadvantage is that you'd have a combination of relatively high SCR with a relatively high quench, so you may end up using a higher grade of fuel (91 or 93 octane) to prevent pinging.
