I have been reading and reading and reading on the options that exist for me as far as injectors go. I know that I will want to run a 24lb injector but curious what would be the best approach to get there. I have seen recommendations for Bosch, Ford Mustang, Ford Taurus, Stock Jeep 99+, Neon/Minivan, LT1 and LS1 injectors as all options.
The rub that I am running up against is that I need an injector that runs the older EV1 connector as I am sticking with my ODB1 wiring from the Mopar Fuel Injection kit that I have but I am going to be running the later regulator from the 98+ motors.
For then a 49PSI fuel rail, 24lb injector with EV1connector..... what are the options that people have used? I am even fine if some of the injectors can be found inexpensively buying a couple different types and testing. Thanks in advance for the guidance and sorry to rehash this very beaten topic. Just had not seen anything with the permutation I am going to have that was definitive on a part number to buy.
Thanks again!!

Follow on question as well. Sounds as though the Ev6 style of injectors have better atomization (please confirm if my understanding is accurate there or not) than the older style. Are there the newer "style" of injector but that have the older EV1 plug style? Thanks in advance.

I believe the 703 injector is what you are looking for.

Your best option seems to be the Accel 24lb'ers. You can find them under part no. ACC-150624 at Summit Racing.datmony wrote:For then a 49PSI fuel rail, 24lb injector with EV1connector..... what are the options that people have used?

some injector options:
http://www.ausjeepoffroad.com/forum/sho ... ostcount=1
Over on NAXJA there are people running 703's @ 49 psi on 4.6/ 4.7l strokers.
I have 703's in my 4.0 @39 psi when i put my 4.6 stroker in ( is built and in the garage) will boost pressure to 49psi and plan to run the same 703's.
will be using a wide band oxy sensor to keep a eye on things.
good luck with it.
