Non-OEM injectors should always be tuned via reprogramming the PCM, due to differences in injector characteristics. My .02

Guys hes right if youve ever had the opportunity to data log when making changes to the fuel system the changes can by quite drastic.Just changing the output of the fuel pump not the actual operating pressure of the fuel system will have an effect as will the injectors. You will see definite results when these are properly adjusted for.If you search ford injectors they have some good comparisons to the same size injectors but with different characteristics.Ie a stock ford 24lb injector is not the same as a ford motorsports 24lb injector as far as tuning goes. There is more too it than just swapping injectors.Yes you can do it that way but it isnt ideal by any means.

Thought a while back there was someone on here that said he could do pre obd2.I do know from experience that having the right parameters for the injectors definitely makes a difference.

Well I e-mailed him a few days ago still no response. I went to christune.com and it is a guy that play in a jazz band, no mention of PCMs, I think you were having a little fun with me.

It should still run okay without being tuned just better if tuned right?

That looks better thanks!

Do you know how it works? Do I send him the computer? What does he tuned based on? Configuration? Run it and on the computer and then tune based on teh adjustments it makes?
