Building on Jeep Turbo
engine no stroker
24 lb injectors
Log manifold, turbo diesel 6.5 as ck,
wastegate on the turbo
After the directions of 9 - 8 psi reaches 3500 rpm
What could be the problem that only at 3500 rpm I get 9 - 8 psi?
It's not too late???

Are you saying you are not making 8-9 psi of boost till 3500 RPMs and want to know why its take that long?

There is alot of things that can impact on that thing,
The size of the turbins on the turbo, the exhaust before and after the turbo, and also type of bearings on the turbo.
Then I built my turbo the first thing I did was to decide were I want my turbopressure and that was at low rpm.
There for I decided to use 2 small turbos instead of 1 big, I also built the exhaust before the turbo soo the exhaustgas pulses go straight into the turbin for quicker response.
And the exhaust after the turbo are very open so it not should have too much back pressure.
The results are that at 1000 rpm I have the starting point and I reach full pressure 17 psi at 2700 rpm.

Can be a problem in my exhaust manifold ..?
Because I Exhaust Manifold log
And this is why the turbine starts to turn around later?
I understand a better tubular manifold from a log manifold

I think it has more to do with the size of your turbo. Without seeing a compressor map I'm guessing the one off the 6.5 diesel is too big and will spool much later then you want. With a log manifold and a 50 trim T3/T4 turbo I'm seeing boost start building around 1500 rpms and will make 10 psi by 2800 rpms
