When was my block made???

What year was my block made? I know the 53008405 casting is for the '91-'95 blocks and so is the 7120 on the head, but the "009MXII" is confusing me. Ive looked all over the net and found date codes like the "401MX12" but nothing like mine.
Any ideas?

This was another casting number on my block.
Did they make HO motors and heads in 1990? Are they as good as the '91-'95 blocks? I want to stroke this baby out so any help would be good.

Your block was made on 11th September 1990 and it'll do fine for a stroker build.

So since it was made in 1990, is it still in the '91-'95 class since it has those casting numbers? Also, if I needed parts, would I say its a '91?

New model year for automotive manufacturing starts in September. That is not an absolute with regard to manufacturing date code which can be made before and after and be attributed to another year of manufacture.

To answer your question: yes that should be for a 1991 vehicle.
