Are you useing a high volume oil pump? Might be the culprit. Also, just curious what injectors you went with. I have a 99' I'll be building for and I'm checking out all the options.

Firstly, you can run the stock computer without modification,jeff3873 wrote:Just built my first stroke engine following all the guide lines .It is a 1998 Jeep Wrangler and I have 2 questions is there any computor setting s that need to be changed I used the comp camand 24lb injectors.Second question oil pressure was fine for the first hour or so and now is dropping to 20-30 lbs at idle any suggestions ?
Secondly, if that's the idle oil pressure when the engine's hot and it rises to 40+ psi when you rev it up to 2000rpm, it's normal. The oil pressure will be higher when the engine's cold.

20-30 lbs at hot idle isn't bad at all.
A HV oil pump wouldn't cause low oil pressure.
