Ok so listed below is my planned build for a 4.7 stroker. If you notice anything wrong please let me know, I think I have everything pretty much fine tuned.
-1991 4.0 Short Block H.O
-258 Crankshaft
-Block machine work: Vatted, new freeze plugs, new cam bearings, main alignment checked, cylinders bored .060 over, decked .010, assembled and balanced.
-Piston machine work: 4.0L Sealed Power 677P .060 pistons & rings with 1.30 mm removed from dishes to achieve ~9.5:1 final C.R.Crank machine work: Vatted, turned .030 / .010, snout trimmed for balancer fitment and balanced.
-Throttle Body & Spacer machine work: Spacer and throttle body bored out to match gasket size below butterfly
-258 Short Rods
-4.0L Mopar Performance inline 6 HV oil pump
-4.0L inline 6 factory 1-piece oil pan gasket
-Mopar Performance Cam & Lifters256 dur. / .450 lift / 40 duration / 108 centerline
-Roller Timing Chain
-4.0L inline 6 HEAD GASKET.043" thick Mopar Performance/Victor Reinz
-Head machine work:Pressure checked for cracks, ported & polished to gasket, surface planed flat w/ minimum material removal, 3-angle valve job plus new oem springs, retainers & locks.
-4.0L inline 6 Mopar Performance pushrod pkg
-Banks Torque Tube Header
-4.0L Mopar Performance inline 6 manifold attaching package
-2002 TJ equal length intake
-62MM Throttle valve spacer
-Ford Motor Sports 24 #/HR fuel injectors
My question is if I could swap in different pistons for this build because I am having a hard time finding the sealed power 677p. Also other than gaskets are there any other accessories I might need, I heard something about need ARP bolts for the connecting rods and so on. I just want to get everything covered before I get stuck in the middle of the build because I am missing something simple.
Just to let everyone know this motor will be dropped in a 1986 Jeep Comanche 4x4, it previously had a 2.8 V6 in it but I got rid of that clunker and swap it with the marvelous 4.0 Inline 6
Thanks to http://www.lunghd.com/Tech_Articles/Stroker/Stroker.htm for the build information, it is much appreciated!

Sounds like you've got the build pretty well sussed out. You can find the pistons, piston rings, and ARP rod bolts that you're looking for at Summit Racing:

You didn't mention which timing set you'll be using but you can also find that at Summit Racing:

You should consider measuring your pushrods instead of counting on those Mopar ones to fit. It looks like you will have some minimal materal removed from the head surface, and 0.10 removed from the block deck. You should measure and make sure you have the right length.
Also, are you shooting for a specific SCR/DCR / Quench?

DCR is the important number.. .this will determine what kind of gas you can run and if you will run the risk of pinging. Most shoot for an 8 to play it safe.
