So the compression calc only has the specs for the Renix & 99-2004 under the OEM, does anyone have them for the middle, specifically a 1996?

I believe that the '96-'06 cams are all the same grind, the early cams can be put in the late block but the late (thrust plate) cams don't work in the early blocks.

AFAIK they all have the same profile but the '99+ cams are retained in the block by a thrust plate.
The Renix and '91-'95 HO cam are the same, but I suspect that the HO versions might have been installed at a higher intake centerline angle (later opening/closing intake valve) i.e retarded to prevent the engines from detonating 'cause the knock sensor was deleted.

96-98 have different cams that have a slightly longer exhaust duration. 87-95 cams have identical intake&exhaust durations and a slightly larger lift than the 96+
