Post by apsracing »

I am building my first jeep engine and need some help. i would like to know if the parts will work
crank is a 4.2 crank from SCAT
i want to use 4.2l rods from 505performance and IC 944-020 pistons.

i don't plan on zero decking the block i know that will increase the quench.

With the IC 944s you need the 4.0L rods, not the 4.2L rods.

Just be careful with the corners of the small end balance pad to the inside of the piston.
