I know that all of the 84-01 XJ cherokees are unibodies. Not sure about SJs, ZJs, and WJs.

ZJ and WJs are unibody as well.
The earlier FSJ Cherokees had frames though. Think Grand Wagoner style.
None of the XJ style Cherokees had frames.
