Running a set of "H" beams now but have only been in for one year. Rod comes bushed for a .827 pin I think. Motor is 280 ci, 7000 rpm, and approx 650-700 total with N2O and no problems yet. Before that I only used factory 4.0 rods with flawless results but no N2O of course. Ran one factory set for 17 years, check that, HARD years. In my opinion factory rods are more than ample enough for any street motor.

I will be building a 4.9l for/w my brother in the next 2 months and it'll have ross forged pistons on 6.125" eagles(non-jeep application, but work on offset ground crank). I believe we calculated a 8.75:1 SCR and 7.8:1 DCR ratio and he'll add a turbo down the line. I traded a set of H802cp30s and recon'd 4.2 rods for a set of the 6.150" eagles, but don't have a build plan for them yet
