93 YJ with 4.6L Bogging Down

Post by mpgrunt2002 »

I have a 93 jeep wrangler with a 4.6L Stroker I just dropped in it. It starts fine and idles great at around 1K RPM's. If I gradually increase the throttle the engine boggs down till around 3K RPMs. Now if I increase the throttle sharply this problem does not happen. I have checked all of my vacuum lines and there are no leaks, but I have only neccessary vacuum lines hooked up. I have the vacuum line to the MAP sensore hooked up, fuel pressure regulator hooked up, and the EVAP canister hooked up, but the rest of them are all unhooked and the holes plugged.

I need to know if this could be a simple vacuum problem or if this could be a cause of fuel or air not getting to the right places and the right doses.
