I built my stroker last May and have put 30,000 miles on it so far and think it's time to upgrade it, wanted some opinions.
Mild built 4.6Lin 00WJ
00 WJ block
Short Rod
727 crank
.030" over bore
Clevite Hyper eutectic 3415 Pistons
quench is on the high side at .070 if i remember right (i run 89 octane with this set up, math doesnt add up, I dont understand it but it works, next motor i'll cut the block to 0)
91-95 Cam
7120 Head
00 intake
Here is what I planned on doing: 63mm throttlebody, 26# injectors, I'm buying an extra head so the truck isnt down to long during machine work but i'm going to go with the LS1 beehive springs, 2.00"/1.55" ls1 valves, having the spring pockets cut .150. some bowl work and the valve guides will be honed for the new valves.
Any cam recommendations? I'll still be running the stock ignition and fuel injection system and can only find a few cams claiming they are fuel injection compatible. I plan on getting a tune but would like to be able to drive it to get tuned.

Re: Time to upgrade stroker
No reason to go with larger valves. They won't do anything.
The "not for fuel injection" is usually BS unless you go with something really radical.I was running the comp cam 68-231-4 and while I had it I liked it. However, I have since tried a custom grind from Isky and it really woke things up after 4000. If you want lots of low end torque, but are willing to sacrifice a bunch in the upper end get the comp cam 68-231-4 or something comparable. Other than that talk to other cam manufactures and ask what they recommend.
