Turns out my indexing of the dizzy housing was fine, but I had the gear a tooth off. Runs like a top now. Thanks for the suggestions everybody and for the write ups (Dino/dwg86). Now to prevent it from chewing up more dizzy gears..................

Well, I've got them to do it for free 2 times in the past at two different dealerships when I was stationed in Texas, but I just showed up and walked into the shop. This time I called and that may have made the difference. Didn't need it this time anyways.
